How to Install A w Clutch
Remove the outer drive cover. Unscrew the nut at the bottom of the engi mounting plate and loosen the drive chain. Remove the bolts and washers at the end of the drive chain and the engi crankshaft and the clutch on the engi crankshaftAlign the key hole of the clutch with the key groove on the engi crankshaft, slide the w clutch onto the shaft, and fix it to the bolts and washers on the crankshaft. Tighten the bolts.Then install the clutch and drive chain on the drive wheel sprocket (shaft sprocket). Slide the engi forward to tighten the chain, and tighten the nut at the bottom of the engi mounting plate. Reinstall the outer drive cover.
