In loose soil, single wheel traction will easily slip. The hydraulic torque converter enables both wheels of your vehicle to rotate at the same time, providing twice the traction, and is your best choice for climbing and racing.
Installation Steps
Step 1: Remove the old clutch kitStep 2: Use four M8*25 screws to fix the bracket to the four standard threaded holes of the engi crankcase. If cessary, the stand can be rotated up or down.Step 3: Disconct the chain at an appropriat
Length:o bypass the sprocket on the T.A.V and the final drive sprocket. Join the chain through the main link. Move the engi forward or backward to obtain the correct tension.Step 4: Place the washer (provided with the kit) on the crankshaft to align the driving clutch with the driven unit.Step 5: Separate the driver and place the flat pulley on the crankshaft. Slide the belt over the uprights of the driven device and the drive device. Install 4 spli hubs “D” on the outside. (Important: Make sure the bronze idler bushing on TAV 30-75 is in place. Not required for TAV 30-100.)Step 6: Place the other half of the drive unit on the crankshaft. Align the outer cover with the “D” part of the hub, and install the fixing bolts and washers.
