ON THE FACE HEREOF. THE CONSUMERS EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR BREACH OF WARRANTY AND DETROIT AXLE ONLY OBLIGATION ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH BREACH OF WARRANTY SHALL BE THOSE STATED HEREIN. WE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE AUTO PART SOLD.
DEFINITIONS:
AUTO PART: As used herein, the term auto part shall mean: a remanufactured or new auto part supplied by Nava Parts
LIMITATIONS: This warranty applies only to the auto part supplied by Detroit Axle. This warranty shall not apply to, or include any of the following:
1. Repair or replacement required as a result of any accident, misuse, road hazard, tampering or disassembly2. Any Nava Parts auto part used for competition or related purposes3. Any Nava Parts auto part used on an off-road or fleet vehicle4. Any Nava Parts auto part which has been repaired or remodeled by any person other than an authorized installer, or to which any device or accessory not conforming to O.E.M. specifications have been installed.
5. Any Nava Parts auto part on which the periodic maintenance services required by the original manufacturer have not been performed6. Any Nava Parts auto part failing as a result of failure to replace a different faulty component or failure to flush the power steering system thoroughly before installation7. Warranty shall not apply to ANY repairs and/or replacements not authorized by Nava Parts
