— If using a stock engine we recommend you change the return spring shown on side of listing, part# JF 168-F-14. Stock spring will limit rpms of the engine.

Upgrade your Minibike with our 200 Series Torque Converter Kit. This easy to assemble Torque Converter Kit replaces the stock centrifugal clutch, which is only meant for light street riding. Gain more power to tackle steep terrain and extend the durability of your drive system with this kit. We have done the engineering and leg work to make sure installation is as soon smooth as possible. With a few basic tools, you’ll be ready explore where ever you please. This 200 Series Torque Converter Kit is specific to the 200 Series Minibikes because the majority of the Minibike’s have an uncommon 16mm crankshaft.
*Note*. Some Minibike engines have a 3/4″ Crankshaft. If so, please purchase our 30 Series Torq-A-Verter Kit, along with the Engine Riser Kit.

The 200 Series Torque Converter Kit includes:
Special 200 Series Driver and Sleeve for 16mm Crankshaft
All hardware and riser kit needed for proper clearance.
Replacement belt is #9.100.018, belt option 725.
Replacement bearings for jack shaft #6003
High Quality 30 Series Pulleys
Blue TAV Cover
Please watch our Install Video, there is an aesthetic piece that needs to be removed from the minibike. Do not run this kit without a belt.
The 200 Series Torque Converter Kit will also fit the Predator 79cc Engines. However, it does not work with CT100 Minibikes.
