1. Park the kart on a flat, level surface and set the parking brake.

2. Remove the old tires from the wheels. Use a tire lever to pry the tire from the rim and work your way around the entire tire until it is removed.

3. Clean the rim of any debris and inspect for any damage. If there is damage to the rim, it will need to be replaced before installing the new tires.

4. Install the new tires on the wheels. Make sure the tire beads are seated properly and the tire is centered on the rim.

5. Inflate the tires to the recommended pressure for your kart.

6. Check the tension of the spokes. The spokes should be tight, but not so tight that they cause the rim to distort.

7. Replace the wheels on the kart and tighten the lug nuts.

8. Take the kart for a test drive to make sure the tires are properly inflated and the wheels are securely fastened.
